Rules:
1.) Write out a letter on a piece of paper, it should include you're feelings
2.) Make sure the letter isn't addressed to anyone
3.) Colored pencil works the best, it won't bleed if it gets wet
4.) Sign the letter in your pen name
5.) Fold up the letter and tape it shut. Put the first letter of the name you signed with on the piece of tape
6.) Do not write an address on the letter, or anything else on the outside
